Credential changes for faculty and staff Office 365 login credentials have be synchronized with NDUS credentials. Your email password is now the same as for Campus Connection, HRMS, and Blackboard accounts. In alignment with the Safeguarding UND initiative, the synchronization will allow implementation of Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) in the near future further enhancing cybersecurity protections. Change Your Office 365 Email Credentials 1. Go to:. 2. Select: + Use another account. Microsoft Office is an office suite of desktop applications, servers and services for the Microsoft Windows and Mac operating systems. It includes Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote. 3. On the Sign in screen, type: [first.lastname]@NDUS.edu 4. Click Next. 5. On the NDUS login page, type in your Campus Connection/Blackboard/HRMS password. 6. Click Sign in. Office 365 Credentials Change on June 19, 2018. Password: Same as NDUS.identifier password Your password will be the same as the other systems on campus, like Campus Connection, Blackboard and HRMS Employee Self-Service. Send Email Address: [email protected] All emails you send will now come from this @UND.edu address. Receiving Email Address: [email protected] and other aliases currently in use. You will receive emails sent to your @UND.edu address and any email aliases you may currently have (@med.UND.edu, @aero.UND.edu, @engr.UND.edu). IOS Remove an Exchange Account • Go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars. The Accounts screen will open. • On the Accounts screen, tap the Exchange Account you want to remove. • Scroll down and click Delete Account. A Delete Account warning window will open. • On the Delete Account warning window, click Delete Account to finish. You have successfully deleted your Exchange account. Android Remove an Exchange Account • Go to Applications > Email. The Email screen will open. • On the Email screen, bring up the settings menu and tap Accounts. The Accounts screen will open. • Press and hold the Exchange Account you want to delete until the Menu window opens. • On the Menu window, click Remove Account. A Remove Account warning window will open. • On the Remove Account warning window, tap OK or Remove Account to finish. You have successfully deleted your Exchange account. Change the Account Used with OneDrive (PC) • Right-click the OneDrive icon in the notification area, at the far right of the taskbar.
